HOME JAMES is run by Archie James, who has spent over 40 years working in the building industry.
Since moving to Moraira four years ago, Archie has naturally found himself helping local homeowners keep an eye on their properties while they are away — checking homes, pools and gardens, and dealing with small issues before they become bigger problems.
HOME JAMES has been created for British homeowners who simply want someone reliable nearby: someone who can hold a key, check the house after bad weather, spot a leaking tap or irrigation problem, meet a tradesperson, or make sure everything is ready before they arrive.

Cleaning, laundry and linen services are not included, but can be arranged through trusted local providers where required.
